Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD)

While
driving, Electronic Brake Distribution (or EBD
for short) uses the anti-lock brake system
to sense the load on each wheel and
tire through the revolution of the tire.
Then when the brakes are applied, it automatically
adjusts the brake pressure to balance
braking to all wheels – front to rear, left to right. This provides more balanced
braking for safer stopping. It’s also less jarring, so it’s easier on cargo.
Remote hand fuel primer

The N-Series Trucks come with a remote hand fuel primer.
It’s designed for easy access and ease of operation –
pumping diesel fuel from the tank through the fuel
lines, pushing air from main feeding line, primary filters,
secondary filters, and engine. It is suited for
bleeding lines when air enters the system during filter
replacement, or when the engine runs out of fuel.
Under extreme conditions, the primer can also pump
fuel through clogged filters. All of this helps operators
reduce maintenance costs.
N-Series door handles

The N-Series door handles are a large resin grip pull design, which provides better paint protection and makes the doors easier to open. In fact, the door handles
work great even when wearing work gloves – that’s convenient!
Big side view mirrors

Check out the side-view mirrors – they are B-I-G and functional! First,
they integrate a breakaway function that helps protect cab doors if the mirrors get hit.
Second, notice their large 17” x 8” west-coast design with 11”
x 7” flat glass mirror surface plus a 4” x 6” integrated convex mirror for
better visibility and enhanced safety.
Third, there are two key options: a
102” wide mirror arm to see past those wide boxes, and you can
opt for heated mirror lenses – a real plus in freezing climates to help keep
the lenses frost-free.
